Charlie & the Mole

Charlie has been a case all day. Barking, howling, digging... all for a little mole making tunnels in the back yard. He has literally spent the entire day on this. A few minutes ago I went to check on him and finally... FINALLY the ordeal is over. After digging up half the back yard he caught the little thing. It was actually quite the sight. And the boys (James included) found it rather fascinating and wanted to help Charlie. So of course I documented it with pictures. If you have a weak stomach when it comes to dead animals, look no further......

Nelson's Birthday Adventure

For Nelson's birthday his Mimi & Papa (Debbie & Al) took us plus one of his friends, Delanie, to the circus! It was like having a back stage pass. We got to park in the staff parking where they animals were staged and waiting to go in. We went in the staff entrance and got to hang out where the clowns were. The kids LOVED it! Also, we were the first ones in to the arena and got to pick our seats and watch them set things up before anyone else was allowed in. IT was pretty cool! Debbie & Al brought t-shirts for the kids that were made up like Jr. Deputy shirts. Very cute, they had to wear them right then! Here's a slide show for you.
